Reiki Classes
Learn to heal yourself and others.
In Reiki, Level One, students will receive a Reiki attunement and will learn the basic elements of Reiki: its history and philosophy, the 12 basic hand positions and the 5 Reiki principles.
In Reiki, Level Two, students will learn how to increase the strength of Reiki, how to use Reiki at a distance, and how to use Reiki for mental-emotional healing.
